Convoy Immobilization Training Module (CITM)

Please Click for Video TMG CITM.wmv

The Convoy Immobilization Training Module (CITM) is a revolution in convoy training technology. The system is comprised of control box containing the power supply, audio amplifier, speakers, and main processing unit. A variety of accessories are available for use with the CITM. The standard CITM contains the following features:

Engine Kill:
The engine kill accessory module facilitates realistic convoy training, allowing proctors to disable the engine on “downed” vehicles. It consists of a cable with a vehicle specific engine connector and a connector allowing it to interface with the CITM through a multi-purpose jack. A wireless link to the vehicle’s engine is an accessory available for some vehicles.

Audio:
The audio module allows users to play any MP3 track on demand. The MP3s can be easily updated by the user to facilitate use during any training environment.

Smoke:
The smoke function allows the proctor to inject a non-toxic fog in a variety of training environment. It is commonly used to enhance “vehicle down” procedure training by adding additional stress, a sense of urgency, and visual obscurity.
